<fail> Someone placed an order for a custom cake at Wegmans (my favorite supermarket). Having used Microsoft Outlook, the HTML in her email did not carry through as expected. On the receiving end, the cake decorator wrote on the cake exactly what rendered in the inbox. Typical Outlook ruining everything. </fail>
